WORKING MEETING ADDRESSES ARTSAKH'S SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROBLEMS

On November 2, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held a working
meeting attended by heads of regional administrations addressing
socio-economic situation in the regions and formation of the state
budget for 2011.
During the meeting, B. Sahakyan stressed importance of regional
development as a basis for country's socio-economic progress.
