ARMENIA TO RETURN THE AZERBAIJANI CITIZEN

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia informs that
in accordance with the agreement reached during the meeting in
Astrakhan between the Presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan,
on November 4 the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who crossed
illegally crossed the Armenian border in 2010 will be returned to the
Azerbaijani side on the north-eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani
contact line, on the Ijevan-Ghazakh road.
In accordance with the norms of international humanitarian law, the
name of the Azerbaijani citizen will not be made public before he is
handed over to the Azerbaijani side.
