On November 2, NKR Defense Minister Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan
received head of International Committee of the Red Cross Karabakh
office. The sides discussed issues related to POWs, hostages, as well
as return of two bodies of Azerbaijani soldiers killed as a result
of provocation by the opponent.
The sides also touched upon the issues of mutual interest and stressed
importance of deepening further cooperation, NKR defense army press
service informed NEWS.am.
