INTELLECTUAL FESTIVAL IN ARTSAKH

The annual Artsakh Intellectual Festival will be conducted November
21 in Nagorno Karabakh Republic, at which the Armenian delegation
headed by blogger Tigran Kocharyan will be present as well.
Head of the NKR Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs Tigran Atanesyan
told Armenpress that teams consisting of 6 members will participate
from different regions of Artsakh and 8 teams will be involved from
Stepanakert. "Overall 15 teams will participate, among which there will
also be teams of departments - of ministries, youth organizations,
etc," Tigran Atanesyan said. The best three will be selected among
the participant 15 teams, for who monetary awards and certificates
are intended.
The festival is conducted on the initiative of the NKR Culture and
Youth Affairs Ministry and of "What, Where, When" club of Artsakh.
According to Tigran Atanesyan, the Ministry intends to award Tigran
Kocharyan with an appreciation diploma and souvenir for outstanding
contribution and for conducting the game for 2 years.
