AMERIABANK HOLDS MARKET LINKED DEPOSIT ACTION

ArmInfo. Ameriabank is holding a market linked deposit action for
its individual customers.
The press service of Ameriabank reports that till Dec 5 the deposit
will be offered on special terms: the minimum size of the deposit
is $10,000 with 100% refund guarantee, participation factor - 100%,
repayment date - Dec 30 2011.
As a unique banking service, this deposit offers you a chance to make
profit without risking to lose your money. The revenues will come
from two sources: fixed interest and index changes. This service was
launched in Apr 2010.
According to the Ranking of Commercial Banks of Armenia prepared by
the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), Ameriabank has
the second biggest time deposit portfolio in Armenia's banking system
- 47.2bln AMD or almost 40% of the bank's liabilities. The share of
individual customers in the time deposit portfolio is 44%.
