Continuation of talks on Karabakh settlement positive aspect, Semneby

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby met
with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
After the meeting, Semneby told the journalists that bilateral
relations between the European Union and Azerbaijan, negotiation
process on associative agreement, situation in region, solution to
Nagorno Karabakh conflict, outcomes of the 3rd Caspian summit held in
Baku were in the focus of attention at the meeting.
The special representative didn't make any statement on Nagorno
Karabakh conflict: 'It is a sensible moment now. The co-chairs are in
the region. The negotiations are underway. Continuation of
negotiations on settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is a positive
aspect'.
The European Union is waiting for the final report of the OSCE Office
for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in respect to the
parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, said also EU Special
Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby.
According to him, EU thinks that it would be better if there were
represented as many political forces as possible in the parliament.
