No lower prices before New Year

In its monetary policy program for the 4th quarter, 2010, the Central
Bank of Armenia (CBA) forecasts a GDP growth of 2.4 to 2.7 per cent
for this year, and a 4 to 5 per cent growth for next
January-September. A growth of 6.5 to 8.5 per cent is expected in the
industrial sector. An actual growth of 5 to 7 per cent is forecast for
next year.
A price rise of 7.5 to 9.5 per cent was forecast for this year.
However, a price rise within 5.5% is most likely to be registered
during the period.
