Hraparak: Politician says war to resume unless a document is signed
11:56 - 26.11.10
At the upcoming summit in Astana, the parties will very probably sign
a declarative document which will definitely provide a framework for
settling the conflict, Aram Karapetyan, the leader of New Times party,
has told the newspaper.
"No time schedule will be drafted for now. A lot will become clear
after the Lavrov-Mamedyarov-Nalbandyan meeting scheduled to be held in
Moscow on November 27," he said, adding that Russia and the West have
settled all conflicts related to the lands and temporary status and
any conflicts in future may be concerned with the deployment of
peacekeeping forces.
In the meantime, the politician believes the resumption of the war is
inevitable unless a document is signed.
"As to what kind of war it is going to be will become clear later, but
all developments go that way," Karapetyan said.
