Director of Armenian Genocide Museum Institute, Hayk Demoyan spoke
with the journalists today in Yerevan.
Speaking about Azerbaijani propaganda the expert said:
"Baku's anti-Armenian policy is inspired by the top leadership of
Azerbaijan. Historiographic piracy is a new hobby in Azerbaijan".
"Azerbaijanis suffer from inferiority complex. This is the reason
behind constant attempts to appropriate history and cultural heritage
of other nations. They create Azerbaijani Diaspora in imitation of
Armenian Diaspora and inaugurate monuments to the victims of the
alleged genocide of Azerbaijanis. This artificially formed country
just invents a history for itself," Panarmenian.net quoted H. Demoyan.
The speaker commented also on Armenian President's speech in Artsakh
Republic during the meeting with journalists from Armenian Diaspora.
"I was positively surprised about President Serzh Sargsyan's speech
which was considerably different from the statements and official
speeches previously made by Armenian top leaders, Panorama quoted
the expert.
President's speech should come as a landmark, a command to call the
things by their names, Demoyan concluded.
