ArmInfo. In the information war against Azerbaijan the Armenian party
has to raise the level of awareness of local residents about the
Karabakh conflict, the expert of the Public Relations and Information
Centre under the president's administration, Alen Gevondyan, said
at the presentation ceremony of the book 'Nagornyy Karabakh: How
it happened'.
To note, Professor of Yerevan State University, political expert
Aleksandr Manasyan is the author of the book, which analyses the events
led to the Azerbaijani aggression against the people of Nagornyy
Karabakh. Basing on international legal documents the author proves
legitimacy of Nagornyy Karabakh independence proclaiming.
Gevondyan said the book is a very valuable source of information
about the Karabakh conflict and its reasons.
He also added the book is not rated only to the Armenian readers. It
will be soon translated in English, French, Russian, German and other
languages, including Turkish.
