NKR PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE TO ARMENIA RECEIVES DELEGATION OF CANADA-ARMENIA PARLIAMENTARIAN FRIENDSHIP GROUP

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS: NKR Permanent Representative
to Armenia Karlen Avetisyan received today the delegation of
Canada-Armenia parliamentary friendship group of the House of Commons
of Canada.

An official from the NKR Permanent Mission to Armeniat told Armenpress
that Mr. Karlen Avetisyan greeted the guests and underscored the
importance of the parliamentarian policy in the settlement of
conflicts, development of interstate, international relations,
establishment of atmosphere of mutual understanding and trust.

During the meeting the NKR Permanent Representative presented the
history of NK issue, the current stage of the talks over Artsakh's
issue and the official position of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic on
the peaceful settlement of the issue.

Mr. Harold Albrecht, head of the delegation, expressed his gratitude
for the reception and briefed on the activities of Canada-Armenia
parliamentary friendship
