NKR President signed a decree on awarding
YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 11, ARMENPRESS: On September 11, President of the
Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on awarding.
NKR presidential press service told Armenpress that for courage shown
in the defense of combat positions and proper realization of tasks set
by the command staff and service duties David Yeghiazaryan, subunit
commander, private of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army and Yuri
Hovasapyan, subunit commander, lieutenant of the Artsakh Republic
Defense Army were awarded with the Medal `For Courage'.
