WALTER KAELIN TO VISIT ARMENIA ON SEPTEMBER 16

Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General on
the Human Rights of Internally Displaced Persons Walter Kaelin will
pay a visit to Georgia on September 13-16 within the framework of a
travel to the South Caucasus region, Voice of America reported.
Mr Kaelin will visit Tbilisi, then Sukhumi and Gali (a town of a
break-away region of Georgia), of which population are ethnical
Georgians.
On September 16, Mr Kaelin will travel to Armenia following a press
conference in Tbilisi.
The press office of the United Nations said that travel's goal is to
discuss with authorities and civil public the highlights related to
the issues of the displaced persons.
