    UNIBANK LAUNCHES A PROMO POINT AT M&S FURNITURE STORE

    Unibank has launched a promo point at M&S furniture store at 29/1,
    Isakov Str., Yerevan.

    The press service of Unibank told ArmInfo that the bank provides
    consumer loans to individuals for purchase of furniture on the
    following terms: loan amount - up to 1.5 mln AMD, redemption period -
    24 months, interest rate - 20% p.a. The opening and service of the
    accounts is free of charge. Prepayment is 10%. The customers are
    to submit an application, the passport, the social card and a proof
    of employment.

    Promo points of Unibank also operate at the computerwear shops "Fine",
    "Nix", and "Compass", as well as at Mobile Center and Aviatrans
    agency. The employees of the promo points familiarize the customers
    with the terms of Unibank's consumer loans, explain the procedure of
    lending and help them to fill in the loan applications.

    "The pledge of Unibank's successful activity in the consumer crediting
    market is the customer-oriented approach to the work. The availability
    of Unibank's promo points at the points of sale allows making the loan
    provision process simple and more convenient. In the near future we
    will considerably increase the number of promo points and will expand
    the cooperation with the points of sale. Moreover, we have essentially
    accelerated the process of approving the loan applications", said
    Gourgen Ghukasyan, Head of Consumer Loans Underwriting Department
    of Unibank.

    Over Q1 2011 Unibank was on the list of top five leading banks of
    Armenia by the volume of consumer crediting. As of 30 May 2011, the
    number of consumer loans of the bank increased more than 7 times as
    compared to the same period of 2010.
