Turkish response to Armenian President's speech in Tsakhkadzor was a
manifestation of emotions and for internal use, political specialist
Sergey Shakaryants said in an interview with Armenpress, commenting
on the fact that "Hurriyet" has accepted the remark of presenting the
answers to the questions of the participants of Olympiad for Armenian
Studies in Tsakhkadzor in a distorted way.
"The language of emotions is not acceptable in the political field:
this is the same as Greece or Cyprus mentioned that the Turks must
apologize to them," the political specialist said, adding that Turkey
goes on remaining in a strange situation: one of the arrested generals
is appointed a representative of Turkey in NATO, changes are made in
the headquarters.
According to him, under the shadow of the fact that the discussions,
according to which the USA also exerts efforts for resuming the
regulation process of Armenian-Turkish relations, have made Turkey
as a bad pupil omit those words not to break that bridge.
"For that very reason it is evident that it was for inner use: in the
end Turkish nationalists uninterruptedly blame the country's authority
that they have drawn back from the Kemal ideas. And suchlike behavior
of Turkey was a justification of anti-Armenian moods," Mr. Shakaryants
stressed.
