YEREVAN. - Serviceman Sahak Asilbekyan is arrested on Wednesday. He
is accused in forcing his co-serviceman Edward Alaverdyan to commit
a suicide on July 29 in one of the units in Karabakh.
Asilbekyan is charged for violating the rules between servicemen,
humiliating a person's dignity and applying violence. Criminal Code
defines two years' of imprisonment as maximum term for the punishment.
No one else is under arrest.
19-year-old Edward Alaverdyan injured himself with a gun in a military
base, which brought his death, radio Liberty reports.
