HRAPARAK: ARMENIAN NATIONAL MOVEMENT LOSES MEMBER

On August 17, Armenia's former FM Alexander Arzumanyan handed in his
resignation from the Armenian National Movement (ANM).
Talking to the newspaper, ANM Secretary Vahan Ayotsyan pointed out
that Arzumanyan's resignation has been accepted. "From now on Arzmanyan
is not an ANM member," he added.
According to the information at the newspaper's disposal, Arzumanyan
intends to join the Free Deputies party. He is obviously seeking to
make his admission to the party "a nation-wide ceremony."
