Azerbaijan's ambassador to Berlin sent a protest note to the German
Foreign Ministry concerning the concert program dedicated to the "20th
anniversary of independence declaration of Nagorny Karabakh" within
culture days of Armenia in Germany, which are held from September
16-22. The Azerbaijani side has called to forbid the event, calling it
"provocation". Consulate Azerbaijan's Stuttgart sent a protest letter
to the City Hall where it is also mentioned about the inadmissibility
of the event: Consulate officials have also met the City Hall
representatives and presented their complaint.
