About 200 Armenian trucks have been stuck in the Upper Lars border
check-point of the Russian-Georgian border. Speaking to reporters
today Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan said
only the improvement of weather conditions will allow the trucks
stuck continue their way.
December 2 the Armenian delegation will depart for Tbilisi to negotiate
over the creation of the joint Armenian-Georgian company.
Vardanyan stressed that not only Armenian but Georgian trucks have
stuck in the border check-point.
"It has been warned with an on-line regime that the weather conditions
would worsen and it was just necessary to follow the news. Now first
necessary aid is being provided to the drivers," the minister said.
