(ICRC) holds negotiations with Azerbaijani and Armenian governmental
bodies on searching and founding of mass graves established during the
Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Head of ICRC Azerbaijani representation,
Sherin Pollini told APA.
According to her, the negotiations are held on determining the place
of both mass and individual graves: "It is a very important issue,
because 17 years have passed from the burial of these people. There
are people, religious figures living in these villages who know the
place of these mass graves. These people are still alive. It is needed
to obtain this information".
ICRC will start new project on search of people who went missing
during Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
