"BABAJANYAN FEST" GOING ON

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS: "Babajanyan Fest" festival dedicated
to Arno Babajanyan's 90th anniversary is going on. The third concert of
the festival will be held December 5 at Arno Babajanyan Concert Hall.
Armenian State Chamber Choir will participate in the concert. Press
service of the youth orchestra told Armenpress that the serial concerts
of "Babajanyan Fest" will be held December 11 at Arno Babajanyan
Concert Hall, and at Aram Khachatryan Concert Hall -December 15 and 19.
The well-know songs of Arno Babajnayna will sound December 19 -
closing day of the festival, by performance of Artistic Director of
the Armenian State Youth Orchestra and conductor Sergey Smbatyan and
Armenian famous pop singers.
"Babajanyan Fest" has launched November 28. Six concerts are intended
within the framework of the festival, during which, besides the works
of Arno Babajanyan, works of young composers will also sound.
