EDWARD NALBANDIAN VOICES ACCUSATIONS AGAINST AZERBAIJAN AT OSCE SESSION

Vilnius. Victoria Dementieva - APA. "Azerbaijan continues increasing
its military budget and extends its military potential in violation of
its international obligations", said Armenian Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandian at the 18th meeting of the OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council,
APA's correspondent reports from Vilnius.
He said that the unpleasant opinions are sounded against Armenia in
Azerbaijani press. Nalbandian reminded that the Kazan, Sochi, St.
Petersburg meetings of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents were
ineffective: "Azerbaijan prevents the establishment of mechanisms on
investigating the ceasefire violation facts in the contact line of
troops as well as the realization of the other agreements. We call
the OSCE leadership and the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs to contribute
to the withdrawal of snipers from the contact line of troops".
