ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Vilnius within the framework
of OSCE Ministerial Committee meeting, the meeting of the Foreign
Minister of Turkey Ahmed Davutoglu and Head of the Federal Department
of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland Micheline Calmy-Rey took place.
According to the diplomatic sources of the newspaper, the main
issues of discussion were the current situation in Caucasus as well
as regulation of the Armenian-Turkish relations.

Armenian-Turkish talks may have the second breath with brokering
of Switzerland.
The issue of normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations was
discussed during the visit of the U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden to
Turkey. The latter expressed hope that in near future Turkey will
give new impetus to the ratification of the signed Armenian-Turkish
protocols.
