ARMENIAN ACTIVISTS' GROUP CALLS FOR CREATING ALTERNATIVE PARLIAMENT

The activists of Sardarapat Movement propose creating an alternative
parliament in Armenia to help the country overcome the current crisis.
At a news conference on Friday, Oleg Yenigmoshyan, a member of the
group, expressed concerns over the detrimental impact of such crisis.
"We have either to wait for the parliamentary polls or take action.
It's already twenty years the authorities have been determining the
rules of the game," he said, referring to election irregularities.
"That's conspiracy against the people. Sardarapat is against elections
and is calling upon the people not to go to the polls."
The activist said an alternative parliament has to lay the foundations
of the country every Armenian is dreaming about.
He added that they will disclose further details of the plan in the
near future.
