There is no military solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,
fellow of the Ankara Economy and Technology Institute Togrul Ismayil
told a VK correspondent.
"Peace talks should continue, and the conflict should be solved
peacefully," Mr. Ismayil says, adding, "The parties should come to
an agreement and sign a peace treaty."
Still the parties seem unwilling to find a possible way out. Each
side is not ready for a compromise solution and the recent meeting
have shown it, the expert admits.
