TURKISH SPEAKER LINKS ARMENIA-TURKEY DEAL WITH KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

The normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations is directly linked with
the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, the speaker of Turkey's
Grand National Assembly has said.
According to the Azerbaijani news website Trend.az, Cemil Cicek has
strongly criticized the West's passive stance on Karabakh, speaking
at a memory evening dedicated to the third president of Azerbaijan,
Ilham Aliyev.
