World famous singer Charles Aznavour gave a concert Monday evening
in Kremlin and as he had promised, he greatly impressed the Russian
audience. In Moscow Aznavour presented his new CD and Aznavour
toujours concert program the premiere of which had taken place in
Paris "Olympia". The singer said the new album as always differs from
previous ones. "Like the others it varies. I am always trying to record
different compositions," the maestro noted, addressing to journalists.
Though Aznavour is mostly performing new compositions, in Moscow he
performed the old, beloved songs as well. "I do not visit Russia often,
thus if in other countries I can perform new songs, here I meet the
wishes of the Russian audience," the artists said. I understand that
the Russian audience first of all wants me implement the beloved hits.
In reality the concert was an unforgettable gift for the Moscow
audience. After the concert was over the people were applauding
Aznavour on foot for more than 15 minutes and the stage was all
in flowers.
