    ACNIS Youth School Students Are Certified


    Yerevan--On December 9 the Youth School Program of the Armenian Center
    for National and International Studies (ACNIS) ended the three-month
    series of seminar-courses, which commenced on September 16. The final
    lecture, entitled `Diaspora, Statehood and National Identity,' was
    delivered by political scientist Armen Grigoryan.

    As the end of the cycle, ACNIS director Manvel Sargsian handed
    certificates to the graduating participants. This Center initiative,
    entitled `Establishment of Civil Society and Formation of
    Constitutional State in Armenia: Key Issues and New Challenges,' has
    been successfully completed.
