Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will leave for Moscow on
November 16 to participate in the sitting of the Council of Foreign
Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, Press
and Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign affairs reported.
