NKR PRESIDENT, RA DEFENSE MINISTER DISCUSS ISSUES OF ARMY-BUILDING

On 14 December President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan
received Seyran Ohanyan, Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
Issues related to army building were discussed during the meeting.
The two sides noted that cooperation in this sphere between Armenia and
the NKR was among the pivotal preconditions of maintaining stability
in the region, Central Information Department of the Office of the
NKR President reported.
