GAGIK BEGLARYAN ELECTED RPA CONGRESS DELEGATE

Serzh Sargsyan today became one of the three delegates to the
13th Congress of the Republican Party. The other two delegates are
Yerevan's ex-mayor Gagik Beglaryan and Chairperson of the Council of
Women Hasmik Vardanyan.
The congress will be held in February 2012.
The delegates were elected during today's RPA sitting held at the
party's Central Regional Organization at 1/3 Byuzand.
After the sitting Gagik Beglaryan refused to answer journalists'
questions, saying "Everything in its season."
