GYUMRI. - Four orphans live in a half ruined home without water and
utility accommodation in Armenia's Gyumri city. The so-called home
is not even their property.
Norayr Hovsepyan, 22, takes care of family with three underage
children. Their mother died in February this year when taking care of
their ill father. The father died several months later. Norayr left
studies and returned back home to care for his underage brothers
and sister. It is already 6 months that they are devoid of the
social benefit as they receive other benefit for orphans. Like many
other families, appeared in extreme poverty, they are devoid of any
assistance and support.
