    Islamic Republic News Agency
    Dec 18 2011

Minister of foreign affairs [Ali Akbar Salehi] has said that a letter
has been sent to Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Non Aligned
Movement, United Nations and its Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon for
the follow-up of the violation of Iran's airspace.

According to IRNA's correspondent on political affairs, in the
evening of Sunday [18 December] after the end of the cabinet meeting
in the gathering of journalists Ali Akbar Salehi gave an explanation
in response to a question on the violation of Iran's airspace by
America through the drone RQ170 and added: "This plane is now in
    Iran's possession".

At the same time, he said that taking an action in this regard is
the responsibility of the Supreme National Security Council.

In response to another reporter's question as to what fresh action
will be taken by the Foreign Ministry regarding the arrest of a CIA
spy, Salehi said: "The issue of the arrest of a spy is related to the
Intelligence Ministry. In case of need of declaration of protest in
this regard the Intelligence Ministry will notify us so that necessary
    actions are taken".

In connection with the president's [Mahmud Ahmadinezhad] visit to
Armenia, Salehi said: "The president will soon visit Armenia in
    relation with bilateral issues".
