223 LOANS REFUNDED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF "AVAILABLE APARTMENT FOR YOUNG FAMILY" PROGRAM

YEREVAN, JANUARY 31, ARMENPRESS: As of 2010 December 30, 223 loans
have been refunded within the framework of "Available Apartment for
Young Family". An official from "Apartment to Young people" company
told Armenpress that 147 loans have been provided in Yerevan and 76
loans in RA provinces.
Certain changes have taken place within the framework of the standards
of making use of this program, particularly, for the hypothec loans
provided in provinces the state will subsidize the 4%; that is the
percent of the loan for debtor in Armenian provinces will make 6.5-7%.
The young families where at least one of the spouses is young and the
age of the other is not more than 35, and their aggregate age does not
exceed the 60, can be beneficiaries of the program. Beneficiaries must
have a sufficient level of revenue for fulfilling the loan commitments
they have assumed.
