ARMENIA-NATO INDIVIDUAL PARTNERSHIP ACTION PLAN 2011-2012 BEING DRAFTED

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 11, ARMENPRESS: The session of the inter-departmental
commission coordinating the implementation of the events intended by
Armenia-NATO Individual Partnership Action Plan was held today, chaired
by Secretary of National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan. An
official from the National Security Council told Armenpress that
the members of the interdepartmental commission presented the works
implemented by their department in 2010 within the framework of the
Armenia-NATO Individual Partnership Action Plan 2009-2011.
The program involves the spheres of politics and security, defense
security and military issues, society competence, science, nature
protection, planning of civil crisis, and the sphere of information
security. Arthur Baghdasaryan noted with gratification that the main
part of the 122 actions intended by Armenia-NATO Individual Partnership
Action Plan 2010 is implemented. The members of the interdepartmental
commission put forth proposals on Armenia-NATO Individual partnership
Action Plan 2011-2012. At the session a decision was adopted to finish
the drafting of the document by the end of February.
