STATE COMMISSION FOR ORGANIZATION AND COORDINATION OF CELEBRATIONS ON 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF ARTSAKH REPUBLIC DECLARATION ESTABLISHED

President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed today a decree
on the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic
declaration.

An official from the central information department of the office of
the Artsakh Republic President told Armenpress that according to the
decree, a state commission for organization and coordination of the
celebrations, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic
declaration, was established. The commission is to discuss and adopt
a complex program of festive arrangements within the period of a month.

The ministries of education and science, culture and youth affairs,
"The Artsakh Republic Public TV and Radio" CJSC, the editorial
staff of the "Azat Artsakh" republican newspaper were assigned to
elaborate projects on historical significance of the Artsakh Republic
independence, as well as secure proper mass-coverage of the preparatory
and arrangement activities of the celebrations.

According to the decree, the staff of the state commission for
organization and coordination of the celebrations, dedicated to the
20th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic declaration, is the following:

Ashot Ghoulyan, chairman of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly
(co-chairman of the commission) (by consent);

Ara Haroutyunyan, prime minister of the Artsakh Republic (co-chairman
of the commission);

Arthur Tovmasyan, deputy chairman of the Artsakh Republic National
Assembly (deputy chairman of the commission) (by consent);

Spartak Tevosyan, vice-premier of the Artsakh Republic, minister of
finance (deputy chairman of the commission);

Karen Babouryan, Artsakh Republic President's representative on
special assignments;

Boris Alaverdyan, deputy head of the Artsakh Republic President's
office;

Zhanna Galstyan, chairman of the standing commission on defense,
security and legality of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly
(by consent);

Armen Sargsyan, chairman of the standing commission on science,
education, culture, youth and sports of the Artsakh Republic National
Assembly (by consent);

Sergey Movsesyan, Artsakh Republic minister of health;

Narine Narimanyan, Artsakh Republic minister of justice;

Georgy Petrosyan, Artsakh Republic foreign minister;

Armo Tsatouryan, Artsakh Republic minister of agriculture;

Souren Grigoryan, head of the Apparatus of the Artsakh Republic
Cabinet of Ministers;

Vladik Khachatryan, Artsakh Republic minister of education and science;

Narine Aghabalyan, Artsakh Republic minister of culture and youth
affairs;

Movses Hakobyan, Artsakh Republic defense minister;

Republic Cabinet of Ministers;

under the Artsakh Republic Cabinet of Ministers;

Galya Arstamyan, head of the Artsakh Republic Union of Relatives of
Perished Freedom Fighters non-governmental organization;

Vardan Hakobyan, chairman of the Artsakh Republic Union of Writers;

Stepan Dadayan, rector of the Artsakh State University;

Leonid Martirosyan, editor-in-chief of the "Azat Artsakh" republican
