COMMISSION TO ORGANIZE INDEPENDENCE DAY SET UP IN KARABAKH

President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Sahakyan signed a decree
on Friday on celebrations dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the
NKR declaration.
Under the decree a state commission on organizing and systemizing
the celebrations is set up. The commission is to discuss and adopt
a program of festive arrangements within a month.
The ministries of education and science, culture and youth affairs,
"The Artsakh Republic Public TV and Radio", the editorial staff of
the "Azat Artsakh" republican newspaper were assigned to elaborate
projects dedicated to the historical significance of the republic's
independence.
