The Armenian-Cypriot Intergovernmental Commission for industrial and
technical cooperation held a meeting in Yerevan on January 13-14.
The Armenian delegation was headed by RA Deputy FM Arman Kirakosyan,
and the Cypriot delegation was led by George Georgiou, Permanent
Secretary of the Programming Bureau of Cyprus.
The sides exchanged information on the current economic situation
in Armenia and Cyprus, as well as on prospects for development of
bilateral relations.
The sides also discussed prospects for cooperation in high
technologies, healthcare, tourism, energy, transport, agriculture,
education and culture.
The sides signed a final declaration. The Commission's next meeting
is to be held in Nicosia
