WATERTOWN - On Monday, Feb. 7, Steven Migridichian, C.P.G., Executive
Vice President of Corporate Environmental Advisors, Inc. will be the
speaker at the dinner meeting of the St. James Armenian Church Men's
Club. The topic will be "Discussion on Environmental Matters."
Migridichian has been in the petroleum and environmental service
industry since graduating from Boston College in 1983. Starting with
AMOCO Production Company in New Orleans, Louisiana as an Exploration
Geologist, he compiled and prepared geological and geophysical data to
produce a map of oil-bearing deposits highlighting potential unmapped
reserves of oil and gas.
In 1984, Migridichian was employed by Zecco, Inc. of Northborough,
Massachusetts as a Project Hydrogeologist was responsible for managing
the companies spill response releases, UST management sites, property
transactions, remediation of soil and groundwater and litigation
support for major oil and convenience store chains throughout the
New England area.
Since 1986, Migridichian has been employed by Corporate Environmental
Advisors, Inc. (CEA) in a variety of positions. During this period of
time, Migridichian obtained his licensure as a Professional Geologist
with registrations in many eastern US states, including earning the
title of Certified Professional Geologist (C.G.P.) from the American
Institute of Professional Geologists. As a result of Migridichian
efforts, CEA has achieved contractual approval status with the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
He has worked on and successfully closed out petroleum spill sites
thought most of the eastern United States. He has positioned CEA to
be the premier environmental service firm in the Central Massachusetts
area.
A graduate of Boston College School of Arts and Sciences, Chestnut
Hill, Massachusetts in 1983 with a B.S. in Geology/Geophysics. He has
taken Graduate Science and Management Courses at Worcester Polytechnic
Institute in Worcester, MA.
Migridichian is a national certified geologist as well as a
professional geologist in the states at Pennsylvania, Arkansas, and
Kentucky. He is a nation certified well driller and a Massachusetts
Registered Licensed Construction Supervisor.
The social hour starts at 6:15 p.m. followed by a complete losh kebab
and kheyma dinner at 7 p.m., $ 12 per person. The dinner meeting
will be at the St. James Armenian Church Cultural Hall 465 Mt. Auburn
Street in Watertown.
