ARMENIA'S NATIONAL ARMY ABLE TO CARRY OUT ITS MISSION

YEREVAN, JANUARY 26, ARMENPRESS: Armenia's national army has been
formed in parallel to the war and today is able to carry out its
mission keeping save its country and people, colonel Vanik Minasyan,
head of the military-patriotic events' organization department of
the public relations department of the Defense Ministry said at a
news conference today.
He said today the Armenian armed forces are able to solve any issue
they face though the 19 years is short time for the development and
reinforcement of the army. Minasyan said the leadership of the defense
ministry highlights the ties and cooperation with the public.
January 17 events dedicated to the 19th anniversary of the RA Armed
Forces launched and will continue till the end of the month.
On its part the head of the "Soldier's Mother" NGO Greta Mirzoyan
congratulated the army employees and noted that their organization
is marking its 20th anniversary which means that from the first day
they were involved in the consolidation of the RA Armed Forces.
