German C.A.C company interested in Armenia's chemical giant

YEREVAN. - German C.A.C company sent an application to Ministry of
Energy and Natural Resources of Armenia for management of Nairit
chemical giant, spokesperson for Armenian Energy Ministry Lusine
Harutyunyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to the information available on the company's website, the
application deadline was June 15, but the term was extended till June
30.
According to Harutyunyan, the C.A.C company is specialized in chemical
industry.
Armenia's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan
will soon meet with the company representatives. Following the talks,
the issue of management of the chemical plant will be solved.
Harutyunyan did not rule out other companies will also be given an
opportunity to submit an application for management of Nairit.
