AZERBAIJAN'S PARTICIPATION IN TALKS ON KARABAKH 'A CHANCE' TO ARMENIA

The Azerbaijani state and army are able to liberate occupied lands
in a less than a week when even there is an outside intervention.
The statement came from Aydin Mirzazade, political expert and MP from
the ruling New Azerbaijan Party.
The MP added that the fact that Azerbaijan participates in negotiating
process on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is, in fact, a chance given
to Armenia and Armenian people.
"This does not mean that the Azerbaijani army has given up the tasks
it has been assigned," Mirzazade noted.
