"HERITAGE" CALLS ON TO UNDERTAKE THE PROCESS OF MASS RESETTLEMENT OF THE LIBERATED AND REUNITED TERRITORIES OF ARTSAKH

(Noyan Tapan - 07.07.2011) Azerbaijani president Ihlam Aliyev made a
speech at the third congress of Azerbaijani and announced that
Azerbaijan will secure its territorial integrity by all means, even by
the help of the Azerbaijan Army. He also noted that "Armenian state is
originated in the territories of the historical Azerbaijan, and
Armenians are guests in Nagorno-Karabakh".
"Heritage" party calls on the authorities of Artsakh and Armenian
Republics to undertake the process of mass resettlement of the
liberated and reunited territories of Artsakh. The refuges should be
provided with favorable conditions in the liberated territories. They
should be given animals, agricultural technology and large lands.
At the same time we ask to accelerate the resettlement process in case
of the usual violation of any point of the documents signed by the
Azerbaijan side. Such kinds of actions which do not violate any
written obligation by the Armenian side are the best means of
neutralizing the steps of Baku to escalate tension in the region" says
the announcement of "Heritage" party on July 7.
