WASHINGTON. - The Armenian delegation headed by the First Deputy
Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan arrived in U.S. to participate in
Armenia-U.S. bilateral defense consultations, to be held on July 19-20.
Armenian-American issues on defense cooperation will be in focus
during the consultations, the press service of Armenian MOD informed
Armenian News-NEWS.am. The Armenian delegation will also meet U.S.
Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Michele Flournoy, the Assistant
Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs Alexander
Vershbow, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Celeste Wallander
and other high-ranking officials.
