Frieda Jordan, president of the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry, is
scheduled to appear live on "The Larry Zarian Show" Thursday to discuss
an upcoming fundraiser and the importance of attracting more donors.

The worldwide registry of Armenian bone marrow donors is small, at
about 15,000 for a population of about 10 million last year. Potential
donors typically provide six mouth swabs so that doctors can compile
a DNA fingerprint to match with patients.
