RUSSIAN YOUTH LEARNED ABOUT KARABAKH CONFLICT IN BAKU

The Russian delegation's visit to Baku at the invitation of the
Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia will last till 24 July.
Representatives of the Public Chamber of Russian Youth attended a
seminar on Karabakh conflict and history and perspectives of the
Azerbaijan-Russia ties in Baku.
The event was initiated by the Youth and Sports Ministry of Azerbaijan.
Political analyst, MP Rasim Musabayov talkeds about the process of
solution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, how the conflict between Armenia
and Azerbaijan began, international political situation around this
isue and latest steps made to resolve the conflict.
It was noted that though the ties between Azerbaijan and Russia was
cool in 1990s, Russia's current Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's
election as president marked a turning point in ties between the
two countries.
Now these relations are developing rapidly and Azerbaijan's trusting
Russia as a mediator in this usse proves this. The event prceeded
with a question and answer session and exhnage of views.
