The conflict between the speaker of the Armenian parliament Hovik
Abrahamyan and the architect company "A-3 architects", which arose
as Abrahamyan refused to pay 15 mln drams to the architects for
designing of the sittings hall of the parliament, may be settled
without judical procedure.
As Hraparak newspaper says, the above mentioned sum was registered in
the preliminary cost sheet and the speaker promised to pay architects.
But when the project ended, he broke faith with. For this reason, the
architect company started gathering document to apply to the court, but
when Abrahamyan offered them to find the mutually acceptable solution,
the process was stopped. The newspaper says that the speaker said it
is inexpedient that during such an important period this topic would
become the reason for speculations and damage his political rating.
