YEREVAN. - The relations between Baku and Ankara have recently spoilt
and the concept "one nation-two states" does not work, political
expert Richard Giragosian told a press conference in Yerevan on Monday.
He stressed that the whole Turkish establishment is aware of mutual
antipathy of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Azeri
President Ilham Aliyev.
"It is conditioned by the fact that Turkey is constantly changing
and Azerbaijan's non-constructive position on the Karabakh conflict
resolution, Baku's constant blackmail to Ankara in terms of regional
policy is getting on Turkish leader's nerves," Giragosian emphasized.
