ARTHUR NALBANDYAN IS APPOINTED A GOVERNOR OF LORI

Today during the session the Armenian government decided to appoint
Arthur Nalbandyan a governor of Lori.
Before Nalbandyan was the mayor of Alaverdi, he had held that post
since 2005.
The government received the resignation of former mayor of Lori Aram
Kocharyan on July 14.
