ERDOGAN AND ALIYEV ARE FRUSTRATED AND SURPRISED

"Serzh Sargsyan must apologize and fix his error," this is what Turkish
Prime Minister Rejeb Tayyib Erdogan announced in Baku, commenting
on Serzh Sargsyan's recent statement during a meeting with youth
    in Tsakhkadzor.

In response to one of the Youth Armenology Olympiad participants'
question on whether Western Armenia will be returned to Armenia or not,
Sargsyan said that was up to the efforts of the new generation.

"It is not right for a state figure to instill hatred and hostility in
the new generation," said Erdogan during a press conference following
his meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. "What does it
mean when he says "we will die, you will seize Ararat"? What is the
logic behind that? We deny all that. Sargsyan committed a serious
error and must apologize for that."

In his turn, Aliyev was surprised that the Armenians can "present
territorial claims to a large country like Turkey."

"They (Armenians-ed.) think they have solved the Karabakh issue, but
there will come a time when Azerbaijan will restore its sovereignty
over Nagorno-Karabakh through peace or war. By presenting a
territorial claim to Turkey, they are proving that they are out of
their minds. They have to wake up and compare themselves with Turkey.

You can't compare an ant with an elephant," said Aliyev.
